Apprenticeship tour events are held at our manufacturing facillty in Bluffton, OH. From I-75, take exit 142 and head east onto OH-103. Turn right onto Pocono Drive, then right at the stop sign onto Navajo Drive. Follow Navajo Drive around the bend until you arrive at a large parking lot. You may park in any of the spots in the parking lot and then report to the Guard House next to the parking lot for check-in.

In/Out procedures

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early in order to register with our security team. Once you park, report to the Guard House for check-in. You will be asked to disclose your US citizenship and agree to our visitor policies at check-in. For your safety, and ours, you will also be required to have your temperature taken and answer the following questions:

  • In the last 14 days, have you received a positive diagnosis for COVID-19 by a coronavirus test or been directed to quarantine by a health care provider or public health official?
  • In the last 14 days, have you had close contact with or cared for someone currently diagnosed with COVID-19 or are you participating in a COVID-10 clinical study that includes being exposed to the virus?
  • In the last 14 days, have you travelled internationally (except commuting between work and home by personal vehicle)?
  • Are you currently experiencing, or in the last 14 days have you experienced any of the following cold or flu-like symptoms? Fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, sore throat, extreme fatigue, earache, persistent headache, diarrhea, vomiting, muscle pain, chills, or persistent loss of taste or smell?
  • Have you received the COVID vaccine?

If you answer 'yes' to any of the first four questions above, or if your temperature registers above 100 degrees, you will not be permitted onto the grounds.

All visitors, regardless of their vaccination status, are required to wear face masks in our facility. Please bring a face mask with you to this event. Extra face masks will be made available to visitors who do not have one.

Once check-in is complete, you will be given a visitor badge and directions to where the presentation will begin promptly at 9:00 AM.
